Yesterday I visited Townhouse 14 at Continuum 1, very neat unit with four levels and a great view south. While we were there I snapped this nice shot of Continuum 2 which has just opened.

I hadn’t been over to South Pointe Park in quite a while, I had read in the Miami Herald and New Times about the project last year but was unaware it was currently underway. You can see the water feature/sculpture being built.

Just recently I rented one of the two bedroom x45 units at South Bay Club on Miami Beach but odd thing was - I never even got to go inside! Today I met with the owners of #545 and now it is an exclusive At Home Properties ARMiami.com listing. So obviously I got to go inside

Wow, just went to The Waverly yesterday on South Beach and showed the west side 3bed, 3bath penthouse to a client. This is a fully furnished unit with 2,500+ sq/ft of living space and two balconies. Views were spectacular to say the least, we had a 270 degree view with just the beach due east blocked from our vision. The unit is DECKED out - a big Samsung flat panel in the living room and two slightly smaller LGs, great furniture, a bar area with kegerator, and tons more. The overall style of the unit is modern with a touch ofSoBe club to it. The interior architecture has been spruced up with soffits, columns, a bar, automated curtains and plenty more - this unit does not resemble a standard Waverly condo by any means. Heck one of the bathrooms had an infinity edge sink! This is definitely a primo unit with a great location.
