A stellar deal, unit #2505 was leased today at Blue Condo for just $1,700/mo! We definitely had the best unit listed with a great price which drew a high number of showings as renter interest, which had slacked off market-wide last month, begins picking up again.

I know of a lovely 1 br at the just opened 2 Midtown building. If you are not familiar with 2 Midtown check out this link for some additional information. I have to tell you that this building has really impressed me now that I have actually been on-site and seen the property and units. The views are in my personal Top 5 for Miami! It’s a bit surprising but there are actually no properties blocking the line of site in any direction - with the right unit choice the Biscayne Bay view is just unreal. Amenities are top notch with one of the nicest pool decks I have seen - blowing away, IMO at least, most of the competition. Apartments have standard layouts so if you desire a cutting edge loft I have better options (Parc Lofts, Neo Vertika, Ten Museum Park, etc) but if you want a stellar location, knockout views, and surprisingly good value - 2 Midtown is a great new option.
Just back from my visit at Blue Condo in the Midtown part of Miami, FL. Great, great, great views! This unit looks north over beautiful Miami Shores and has clear visibility (after all you are on the 25th floor) to what looks like Aventura.
