Apartment Rentals & Sales Miami FL

Here is a photo I took of The Loft Downtown 2 from the Everglades on the Bay’s amenities deck yesterday, I think it looks pretty awesome! 

I just toured The Loft Downtown 2 today, saw units on the middle floors (12 and 15) as the upper levels were still not cleared for visitors. I also was able to see the pool deck on the roof which, at ~37 stories, is I believe the highest amenities deck in Miami. Stunning view from there needless to say!

Surprisingly to me from about the 10th floor up no unit at The Loft Downtown 2 has a terrible view and most have at least a hint of water view - I suspect units above the 20th floor or so will enjoy quite nice views over Biscayne Bay, as soon as possible I will be visiting The Loft Downtown 2’s higher levels to take pictures and familiarize myself with the views.

Pricing for rentals right now is EXTREMELY good - probably the best deal currently in the city from what I have seen. A nice 1 bed with some view will run ~$1,200/mo and possibly less with good negotiation. The units are finished identically to The Loft Downtown 1 barring a different bathtub which is deeper.
