Why do I do it?
It isn’t the money, although it doesn’t hurt. It’s been busy this week, with units at The Loft Downtown 1 getting scarce, our unit LPH-04 is GONE! Unit 1806 with North facing view and many upgrades is still available - don’t miss out on the best remaining one bedroom available.
Our new listing at The Yorker has had an aggressive price slash today - $200/mo reduction! #1007 at The Yorker has a North facing view, tons of upgrades and is just $1,250/mo making it an excellent value.
Over at One Miami East the Penthouse UPH-05 has also been reduced $200/mo to $2,700/mo, this one has an amazing unobstructed SE view that just has to be seen in person, you can watch Miami River traffic or gaze at the Atlantic - your choice.

Wow, I’m on fire over at The Loft Downtown 1! The last two units I had rented so quickly my head was spinning and now I have picked up a new exclusive listing AND I have an additional one I’ve added to the roster LPH-04. LPH-04 is a real standout, it has 12′ ceilings and East facing all water view - the asking price is low, very low indeed. Not only that but it is also ~100sq/ft larger than the other one bedrooms at The Loft Downtown 1 AND has a walk-in closet which none of the other layouts offer.
Well that did not last long at all, two whole days! The lower penthouse at Loft Downtown 1 was a great unit and it only took two showings before it was leased. To replace it I have a higher floor 06 unit which is a one bedroom with North water view - this is one of only two 1br lines at Loft Downtown 1 that offer water views. It has great acid stained floors, custom window treatments, California-style closet, small partitioned space and they are leaving a nice sized flatscreen TV too! The kicker is the asking price is just $1,300!
