Great NW corner unit #3011 - 30th floor at Met 1, massively oversized balcony offers a partial water view as does the bathroom window - primary view is West of the City. Met 1 is a great new building with a great location and amenities package.
So as you may know I have lived in Downtown Miami for the last two years and pretty much the entire time the Met 1 project has been sitting there nearly done but still unopened. Yesterday I was visiting One Miami East located right across “The Corner” and it sure looks like Met 1 is finally nearing completion, the mystery restaurant will be none other than #1 rated steakhouse in the US, Manny’s.
“The Corner”, the one-way bend at 2nd and Biscayne, is heating up with three premium restaurants:The existing Prime Blue Grille at One Miami West
The recently opened Biscayne Bayfront Il Gabbiano at One Miami East,
And the coming Manny’s at the still-to-be-closed Met 1.
