The Mark Condo Brickell

Today I stopped by The Mark a twin to the Yacht Club located next door on Brickell Bay Drive to pick up some paperwork. While I was at The Mark I took the opportunity to tour two units, a one bedroom and a two bedroom on the Penthouse floor. The one bedroom has the standard finish, and honestly it isn’t all that great - white appliances, small white tiles in the bathroom - feels a lot more vintage than it is. Views however were QUITE nice.
The Penthouse unit however had been totally stripped of the original finishes and appliances and was definitely in another league - but so was the imagined sales/lease price.
What does The Mark have in its favor? Location! A great Brickell address in a relatively newer building (built c1997) with large balconies isn’t easy to come by and The Mark has it in spades.
