Axis Brickell Condo is located just off Brickell Ave on 12th St & 1st Ave.  It has a great location just blocks from 2 Publix, plenty of restaurants, a Peoplemover/Metrorail station across the street, and Mary Brickell Village just two blocks away.  Not to mention the convenience of I-95, US-1, and South Beach.  

Axis Brickell Condo features two large towers, North and South which feature the same units.  There are traditional layouts in one beds and two beds, as well as a very cool corner unit two bedroom which we viewed today.  With a truly oversized balcony running the full length of the wrap-around unit it is easily twice the size of what you would expect an oversized balcony to be!  Even the regular units have a generous sized one as well.  

 A very spacious pool deck with intelligent design - the main pool had direct sunlight at 11:30am from the East and there are no obstructions to the West what-so-ever.  A lap pool and spa/whirlpool are also on the pool level as are clubroom, conference room, and gymnasium.
