Marina Blue is open!
Marina Blue has finally opened and rental units are slowly trickling onto the market. I had a chance to visit last week and will be there again today for a more in-depth tour. I have yet to see the amenities but I liked the one bedroom unit I saw, comparable quality-wise to other new buildings like Quantum on the Bay or 1800 Club but with some nice upgrades like an incredible shower/tub (I’ll try and get a pic of it, the one I tried taking came out poorly due to the glass door) and floor-to-ceiling glass.
