Condos listed with me go onto the MLS system which feeds many large real estate sites like Realtor.com, your unit will be advertised by ARMiami agents online through Craigslist and other online outlets, and will be featured on the ARMiami.com website.
6) I have a great raport with the staff here from security to management which makes the process much smoother.
Why do I do it?
It isn’t the money, although it doesn’t hurt. My goal is to see The Loft Downtown 1 a thriving community and the best way I can help serve that goal is to ensure that owner’s are able to keep their units occupied with paying tenants. From a tenant’s perspective I was a renter for many, many years and know how difficult the process can be and I do my utmost to ensure a smooth transaction that will leave them smiling.
