Jade bayfront 2 story townhouse
Another excellent unit I had the pleasure of showing recently was a bayfront 2-story, 2bed townhouse at the Jade condo - if you have are not familiar with this building then you are missing out on one of the premium buildings here in Miami. The fabulous amenities and service Jade provides puts it at the top of Brickel’s foodchain, a constant stream of Aston Martins, 911s, and Mercedes pulling up to the valet confirms those in the know with the dough… are living at Jade.
The townhouse is finished in a modern design with everything you would expect of a luxury condo like Miele appliances (including a built-in espresso machine!) and gorgeous bathrooms with furnishings in a tasteful modern Miami aesthetic (ie, white). The bay views from inside the unit or from it’s two decks and balcony are all spectacular - it isn’t often that we forgo the high-rise view and it was refreshing to be honest.
The Jade townhouse is available for seasonal or short-term rentals (up to 6mos).
